Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at:

I hereby withdraw from the contract regarding the purchase of the following goods:

You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

The goods should be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Unless the goods are defective, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

customized products
sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
